5 Ways to Cope with COVID-19 – Koils by Nature

I had a great session with my therapist  this week, via the phone (social distancing) she gave me these tips to deal with COVID-19: 

  1. Get an accountability partner: this is someone you can talk to and won't add any ADDITIONAL foolishness to your life. 
  2. Reaffirm the GOOD things that are going on right now! 
  3. LIMIT watching the news! Go to your local county for updates and cdc.gov; who.org
  4. Limited social media and negative people.
  5. Get some fresh air (social distancing) front/back yard, porch/patio!
